Online-forum for civic dialogue "Civic enlightenment for civil society" 20/04/2016 On 24 March 2016 the School of Civic Education (Russia) launched the online-forum for civic dialogue "Civic enlightenment for civil society". During the year the School plans to broadcast online discussions between experts and participants from different regions of Russia and other European countries.

The opening online-discussion of the forum was dedicated to the situation in post-Soviet states and was attended by the following experts:


• Elena Nemirovskaya (Russia), Founder, School of Civic Education;

• Hakan Altinay (Turkey), President of the Global Civics Academy;

• Mikhail Minakov (Ukraine), “Kiev-Mogiliansk Academy” University, Associate Professor; Editor-in-Chief of the “Ideology and Politics” Journal;

• Andrey Kruglashev (Ukraine), coordinator of the civic movement "Chesno" ("Fairly");

• Elmira Nogoibaieva (Kyrgyzstan), Leader of the “Police Asia” Analytical Center;

• Armen Zakaryan (Armenia), Director of the Yerevan School of Political Studies of the Council of Europe;

• Alexander Dabravolski (Belarus), Director of the East European School of Political Studies of the Council of Europe;

• Ales Mikhalevich (Belarus), Council Chairman of the Association for Modernisation;

• Rodion Garshin (Kazakhstan), philosopher;

• Yury Senokossov (Russia), Founder and Director of publishing programs, School of Civic Education.
