Vincent de Paul Emah Etoundi, Member of Cameroun Parliament and Representative of the International Organisation of La Francophonie at the last two Summer Universities for Democracy of the Council of Europe, has recently been appointed to the National Commission of Human Rights and Freedoms in Cameroon (NCHRF), an independent institution for the promotion and protection of human rights. He was sworn in before the Supreme Court on 24 September 2010.
