Seminar “Successful lobbying Strategies”, 10-11 March 2011 in Zagreb 28/02/2011 “Successful lobbying Strategies” is the name given to the next seminar organised by the Zagreb School of Political Studies in cooperation with the National Foundation for Civil Society Development.

This two days seminar – from 10 to 11 March 2011 – will welcome experts such as Russell Patten, CEO of Grayling Belgium, Dubravko Miholić, Managing Partner of Hauska&Partner, Sandra Benčić, Programme Co-ordinator of the Human Rights House in Zagreb and Bernard Jakelić, Assistant Director at the Croatian Employers’ Association in order to address the following themes:

  • Rules, Procedures and Methodology
  • Case Studies for Business and Non-profit Lobbying
  • Lobbying in the EU
  • Lobbying Strategies
  • Simulation Exercise

The aim of this training is to provide participants with the theoretical and practical knowledge of lobbying with a particular emphasis on lobbying in the EU and Croatian practice. Designed for participants from the private and public sector, this training in English will help participants to improve their practical lobbying skills, including developing successful lobbying strategies.
