Second Seminar of the Council of Europe School of Local Democracy

The second seminar of the Council of Europe School of Local Democracy, entitled “Local Government and Leadership”, will bring together in Sarajevo, participants from Montenegro, Albania, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Kosovo and members from the Association of the Local Democracy Agencies (ALDA).
The experts Igor Gaon, Director of the School of Political Studies of Bosnia and Herzegovina, together with the international consultant in leadership, Nancy Forbord will address in conferences the themes of local governement, leadership and crisis management and will open the discussion with the participants. The seminar will be held in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina in the presence of Nawel Rafik-Elmrini, Deputy Mayor of Strasbourg in charge of European and International affairs and Vice-President of the European Association of the Schools of Political Studies of the Council of Europe, from 7-10 April 2011.
