“Post-electoral political culture”, Kobuleti, 7-8 February 2013 30/01/2013 The Tbilisi School of Political Studies organises from 7 to 8 February the seminar on “Post-electoral political culture”, which will take place in Kobuleti, Georgia. Themes such as “Analyzing the political process after the elections”, “Civic culture before and after the elections”, “Post-electoral external and internal challenges” and “Civic and political culture” will be addressed by Georgian and international experts.

The participants will have the opportunity to exchange their views during open debates and workshops. Among the key speakers, Ms. Caterina Bolognese, Head of the Office of the Council of Europe in Georgia, H.E. Mr. Philip Dimitrov, Ambassador, Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Georgia, H.E. Mr. Pieter Langenberg, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Georgia and Armenia, H.E. Mr. Richard Norland, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of  United States in Georgia, Mr. Ivliane Khaindrava, Director of South Caucasus Studies Program, Republican Institute, will address the participants during the seminar.
