“Democratic Citizenship and Diversity” Seminar on 21 and 22 May 2013 07/05/2013 The European Association of Schools of Political Studies of the Council of Europe is organising a seminar on “Democratic Citizenship and Diversity” on 21 and 22 May 2013 in Strasbourg.

Representatives of the network of Schools of Political Studies will debate, through a series of meetings and workshops, the topics related to European citizenship, gender equality and equal opportunities, and integration of young people in public life. More generally, the debates will focus on the issue of diversity in Europe.

The event takes place in the context of “Celebrating Europe” and is organised in partnership with the City of Strasbourg, the Ecole Nationale d'Administration and the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie.


Three of the seminars’ meetings will be open to the public on 22 May 2013:
