The 5-day seminar "Sapere Aude: Freedom and Responsibility", organised by the Association of Schools of Political Studies in collaboration with the Stockholm Institute of Transition Economics was held in Stockholm, Sweden, on 23-27 April 2019.

Among the key topics discussed were Foreign Policy, Modern Economy, Individual Dignity, Freedom and Responsibility, Fake news, Current situation in Russia, Rule of Law, Corruption, Globalization and many others.

74 young decision-makers from Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Poland, Russia and Ukraine and 25 prominent experts from the Council of Europe, Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Norway, Russia, Sweden, the UK and the USA attended the seminar sharing their ideas and experiences on the topic.
