The seminar "Sapere aude: Freedom, Legal Consciousness, Ethics" organised by the Association of Schools of Political Studies, in co-operation with the Valsaín Foundation for Promotion and Defense of Democratic Values was held in Segovia, Spain, on 27-31 May 2019.

The seminar was attended by 22 prominent speakers from the Argentina, Norway, Russia, Spain, Sweden, the UK, Ukraine and the USA and 69 young decision-makers and opinion-formers from Armenia, Belarus, Latvia, Poland, Russia, Spain and Ukraine.

Among the topics discussed were Multilateralism, Globalization, Rule of Law, Global World, Ethics, Civics, Freedom, Responsibility and many others.
